Bangles and More

For a long time I have been wanting to try to make bracelets with wire and beads! I see them everywhere and just knew by looking at them that I could create something similar. Well this past weekend I decided (after seeing another friend make them) that I would try on my own. Needless to say I have been very busy this past week cranky out bangles and rings! I was shocked by how much everyone loved them and figured why not sell a couple! Here are the bangles and rings that are going up for auction. I hate to admit that I've watched this show before because it's so bad but there was so much hype around it that I had to see what it's about. "Meh" is my opinion of the show but I must say Orange is definitely the new Black!

Must Have Monday

Today's post has nothing to do with fashion, yet everything! I think the most important accessory you can have is your smile! No matter what you wear or how you feel the second you put on a smile changes everything. I can be in the worst mood and someone can smile at me and my immediate reaction is to smile back. I love how contagious a smile can be :)

If you know me well you know I love Costco, literally every weekend after church my husband and I make the usual trip to Costco. I've been saying I wanted an electric tooth brush for a while and this weekend we decided to splurge and buy the 2 pack Philips Flexcare + . Now I normally would not get that excited about a tooth brush except for the fact this is the worlds BEST TOOTH BRUSH! There are several settings which makes it good if you want a quick brush or a deep 3 minutes clean and massage. I know this sounds silly but after brushing my teeth with this brush it feels like I just left the dentist! Everyone must go out and buy one!! That Overwhelming Feeling

My husband and I recently purchased a new home! It has been so exciting picking out the hardwood stain and the paint colors and the knobs and the lighting and the sink...etc But all the while it's also very stressful to move into a new house! New construction can be fun but very overwhelming with so many decisions to be made. I came across this bible verse print on the Not by Sight shop on etsy and knew this was perfect to frame in our office nook! It's such a blessing to know when we are overwhelmed we can turn to God!

Must Have Monday

Now that it's getting warmer and shorts season is here there is nothing I love more than a good tan! I have chosen in the last couple of years to love my skin and forgo the tanning bed. Unfortunately I am not a naturally tan person so I need a little help! I have tried tons of different sunless tanners and none will ever compare to St Tropez! I absolutely love love this tanner. All of them smell and there is no way to get around that but I've found this one to be less pungent than all the others. I bought the mousse and the glove to apply it with. It comes out brown so you can see where it's going on your skin. It's also very easy to apply and isn't messy. The color is natural, not ORANGE at all (sorry Lindsay Lohan) This is pricier than the drug store brand but all and all well worth it! Crossbody Love

This past weekend while traveling I saw so many cute small crossbody bags and thought I would share some of my favorites right now. Though when I travel I think the best bag in the world to take is my Louis Vuitton Neverfull, but that's not very practical when you are out and about shopping around. The neverfull is perfect for transit to and from the airport because you can put all you need and more in it! But that's another post! These small crossbody bags are perfect for some cash, chapstick, your id, and a debit/credit card. I know which one of these crossbody bags is on my birthday list for next month hint hint Ryan :)
